Show notes and other resources below.
We’re coming to you from our alternate studio tonight—also known as our bed! In this episode, we wanted to have a conversation about mental health and provide some resources to those in need—as well as for those who might be able to support the people and services providing this aid. We know that many of us are experiencing mental health challenges right now and for good reason. This pandemic has affected us all in different ways. Please share this out and get in touch with resources we should include on our site and in upcoming episodes!
